Suite: Judy Blue Eyes Lyrics

It's getting to the point where I'm no fun anymore
I am sorry
Sometimes it hurts so badly I must cry out loud
I am lonely

I am yours, you are mine, you are what you are
You make it hard

Remember what we've said and done and felt about...

Stephen Stills wrote this song about his difficult, off-and-on romance with folk singer Judy Collins.

In short, this song is about a man who's deeply in love with a woman who doesn't want commitment. She wants him around for short periods of time, then casually tells him to go away when she gets tired of him.

He's tired of being at her beck and call- he wants a real, permanent relationship. But that's not something she's willing to give him.
