You Might Die Trying Lyrics
anonymous Jun 7th, 2011 6:29pm report
I agree 100% with the person that posted here before. I have one change though: "To change the world, starts with one step and however small the first step is hardest of all once you get your GATE (not gauge) you'll be walking tall"
I never knew what that word was either just watched performance from Piedmont park on youtube and it was clear as a bell and makes sense Gate as in stride running motion usually used in reference to horses. Its hard to start but once you get the ball rolling you can make a difference. Its cool to see how passionate Dave is about this you can tell how happy he is when he sings "If you give, you begin to give...YOU GET THE WORLD"
Hope this helps

Changing the world and how you cant do it overnight but it takes a long time with a lot of motivation, but getting started is the hardest part. You Might Die Trying is saying never give up trying to make the world a better place. Be patient and it will change, you just need to get the ball rolling. "To change the world, starts with one step and however small the first step is hardest of all once you get your gauge youll be walking tall"...dont ever stop trying to change the world, as small a step as you take in the right direction, follow it and you can move mountains.
