    It means drake can't be with the one he wants to be with so he's gonna call someone else. Basically hoe-ing around til she answers his calls. Half the time they don't and up fucking but the half he does.

    I think he's basically just sayin its hard bein away from the girl you want to be with, so that's why he calls another that he knows will come when he snaps his fingers..I feel the same way sometimes
