   Drake is taking about when he meet this girl, and he feel in love with her. But he didnt realise that she was with someone.( meaning she was using him all the time when he came to see her.
   However he couldn't find it in his heart to just leave with out seeing her one more time. But a friend on jhis is telling him, and also warning him how dangerous it is getting involved with them. But he's trying to tell him how "i dont understand how u can own somebody". ( Mean hes confused how the man can own her. "If i leave and i dont see her, i feel like i have a regret, and think what if". ( Means hes just goota see otherwise, hes gunna regret this for the wrest of his life.
