Take Care Lyrics
Know you’ve been hurt by someone else
I can tell by the way you carry yourself
If you let me, here’s what I’ll do
I’ll take care of you
I’ve loved and I’ve lost
[Drake: Verse 1]
I’ve asked about you and they told me things

The focus of this song is a relationship that is based on a guy and a girl helping each other heal from the past. He is trying to tell her that he understands her pain; that he went through the same thing and he is willing to move on from past mistakes in love. Throughout the song, they are reassuring each other to be strong and that they can trust each other. This song is about building your trust, and gathering enough courage to try and love again after you’ve been hurt.

It's about a guy and a girl who've both had their hearts broken, and they're helping each other to heal. He's telling her she can trust him and that he knows she's made mistakes in the past that have made other people warn him to stay away from her, but that hasn't made him change his mind and he tells her that she shouldn't be ashamed anymore because he's made mistakes too and that he is giving her a clean slate, that he accepts her mistakes. It's a really sweet, touching love song.

What is the tone in this song?

The song is about a girl (rihanna)who has made mistakes in the past but the boy (drake) is willing to look past that and still go for her, as it says hes asked about her and they've told him things but his mind didnt change.
Drake has also made mistakes in the past and hes also has had his heart broken, so rihanna says in the chorus "Heres what i'll do i'll take care of you" only if he trusts her.
He can't deny that he wants her but he'll lie if he has to because she doesnt say she loves him to her friends when they ask her.
Shes in the club with her friends convinced shes following her heart but her mind doesnt control what it does sometimes.
He says everyone has their nights just dont be so ashamed of it.
She hates being alone well neither does drake.
she hates the fact that she bought the dream an they sold her one... as in a little kid all fantasies about seemed so amazing but they never shown her the bad side of it... look at some Disney films.
She loves her friends but they never told her the dangers of her past relationship an now shes in the mess and drake is helping her out of it...
Her past relationship is was with chris brown.
Drakes trying to be with her and comfort her but she still loves chris and drake is trying to change it.

It's about a girl who has lead a bad life. And a guy who loves her very very much and is trying to convince her to love him and help her get over her terrible past. He told her that everyone has made mistakes he said. We've all had our nights so don't be so ashamed I've had mine you've had yours we both know.but she has had bad experiences with love that's why It says I've loved and I've lost.

"Take Care" is about two people -- one of them has been hurt in the past, and the other is helping them to love again. Rihanna says, "If you let me, here's what I'll do, I'll take care of you." The song is about building trust again, and being brave enough to put your heart out on the line again after you've been hurt. Drake plays the role of the one helping the girl in the song.
