   Well, I think this song is about the educated women who respects themselves, And there all about there business and not about the stupid things. Men always trying to holla at them because they know there something special, But these women aren't really interested.
   
   Basically Drake is saying he's proud of the women who are out here handling there business and being classy. =]

   ...That was mind blowing I thought I was listening to my biography for a second. I agree with the above interpretation but seeing as im 17 I dont own a business but I know where I want to go and I think thats what he means is the women with a "plan" know what they want to do and where they want to go. But yes they have more important things to worry about then all the silly boys/men that are in it for something else, men are usually jeolous of women when they are or become successful.
