Alot of you are gunna flame me probably but I have 2 interpretations, obviously the relationship one where he`s saying that no matter what you do, sometimes u cant keep a relationship working. But I also see it as mainly from the chorus, that he or she is a sinner and is out of touch, sight, and the love of Christ, but when he says, i`ll do it all for you in time, he means slowly u will make it up to him, and when he says, because of all the things he`s done, he`ll love Christ better now, because he`s been through so much pain without God, that in the end,he`ll end up loving him more.

i think that this song is about a guy loving a girl but not knowing how to tell her how he truely feels and ib the end he feels like he needs to tell her the teuth about how he really feels

I think that it means that although you might be different and not agree on everything that if you love each other enough you can work it out. Trying something and if things go wrong we can knock it down (try something else or start again)
Three words have 2 meanings I think means I love you as a friend and much more and he wants her 2 know that he loves her as both. A friend and a lover and all his love is for her.
I think it it about growing and supporting each other through the good times and the bad. Learing from mistakes and one another to build a better relationship in the future. -
Rupert Grint plays Ed Sheeran's crazed stalker, who is contempt with his obsession and lives his life in according to Ed's. It's a song about the side of the stalker, about what goes through their head.
I myself must say Rupert plays this part perfectly. -
it is about a man ( Rupert Grint) who is like mental and is obsessed with Ed Sheeran. He has a mental breakdown and convinces himself that he is Ed Sheeran. He goes onto the stage, only to be taken away. He then goes back to his house in a state of emotional wreck.
This is a very good song. -

It's just basically an obsession with Ed Sheeran seen through Rupert Grints eyes and to me it feels like Rupert is tryig to steal Ed's life.

I think it talks about second chances. Like a lego house, sometimes relationships break up and it's always good to start from another base and make them stronger.
Ed says "out all these things i've done, I think I love you better now". It could mean that a couple has been apart for some time or one of them made mistakes but s/he is ready to come back and has learned from his/her mistakes and has his/her heart clearer now.He talks about a more stable relationship where the the two will not just be into a relationship but will build one.
I basically think it's about taking a forgiveness and a second chance. -

"It's dark in a cold december but i've got you to keep me warm" He needs her right like he is on the rebound. Imagine being on your own at xmas. He is afraid to commit to love again. "It's so hard to say it I've been here before..." He is giving love a chance and falling for her on the way "after all these things i've done I think I'll love you better now" this is definitely not a love at first sight or love is blind kind of naive love but more realistic and objective. "Don't hold me down I think the braces are breaking.." Sometimes in a relationship you give too much of yourself and everyone needs a break and time for themselves and that makes a relationship stronger. I love Ed's lyrics and the way he puts the passion into it. This is just my interpretation..

A song about regret, he didn't treat an ex right and desperately wants her back because he realises he acted like a dickhead and is misding her now she's moved on. Standard guy feeling sorry for himself because he can't make his mind up about her. The end. Great song, catchy with sweet lyrics. I'd consider taking him back if he sang it to me, and dyed his hair.
