Run of the Mill Lyrics
Everyone has a choice
When to or not to raise their voices
It's you that decides
Which way will you turn
While feeling that our love's not your concern
It's you that decides
No one around you
Will carry the blame for you
No one around you
Will...
When to or not to raise their voices
It's you that decides
Which way will you turn
While feeling that our love's not your concern
It's you that decides
No one around you
Will carry the blame for you
No one around you
Will...

I think it’s about the loss of freind his with Paul. I think he was tired of being looked over by Paul. That he was tired of being pushed around in a passive aggressive fashion. He actually says he’d join a band with John Lennon but not with Paul. I think he wanted more respect and acknowledgement from Paul.
