I think she’s talking about her past life. Her life of being crazy and wild. She talks about a boy who seeker girls who were “18” which is younger women. He begged her to come and save him to help him. She felt some what trapped but free. She doesn’t feel like the same person she was. She probably didn’t talk to him still. This guy “turns them out like tricks” he turns their personality or maybe even clothes inside out. He will take you and change you.
