its about your nightmares becoming real" you're sick inside of bed infected with the feelings staring up like my dreams were projected on the ceiling i can see it i want the money and the fame to they told me when you get it never let it change you and finally i morphed into everything i tried to be the irony as everybody's got their eye on me sociey quicky became my rivalry driving me off the deep end the doubt starts to creep in fairweather they're never there do i need friends we eating but will they stick around when the feast ends" he has fake friends "spent my whole life chasing after dreams but every dream turn out to be apart of my nightmare" he thought a job or something is amazing but its not " help me no i cant help myself help me to believe that im somebody else not some addict who cant dream cause his habits are chopped up on the table till he screams let me have it whats a life anyway huh you hear about that kid who died again today huh id pull my guts out just to make you understand ive become a ghost im a ghost im not a man hes a drug addict
