They are talking about how one of their friends shot themselves. I can guess this because they say that they wish they could grab the bullet and take it. They also say that every pill the person found they would take it. This either states that they would take pills even though they don't know what they do, or that they were trying to find a pill that would combat their suicidal thoughts. This is all pure speculation though.
