Not Even Jail Lyrics
I'll lay down my glasses
I'll lay down in houses
If things come alive
I'll subtract pain by ounces
Yeah, I will start painting houses
If things come alive
I promise to commit no acts of violence
Neither physical or otherwise
If things come...
I'll lay down in houses
If things come alive
I'll subtract pain by ounces
Yeah, I will start painting houses
If things come alive
I promise to commit no acts of violence
Neither physical or otherwise
If things come...

To me this is a love story of sorts, hes seems to have found someone that hes willing to change his life for, better himself in the process but she doesn't seem to be on the same page. She hasnt reached that point when you truely relize just exactly whats important and he has. It makes him almost angry inside because he cant force her to this point. Like all humans we have to learn this hard way. He fears we will loose her to the world and the meaningless crap it forces us to think is important
