ph my god, this breaks me. my dad is an abusive, distant drunk, and my mom was a methhead, who did junk, too. i was raised by the tv, and i was the one who raised my little sister. i hate that kids have to go through this; the pain never goes away, you just learn how to get number. rip mom.

How does the little girl know what the fighting is about in her life and how old was the little girl? That is just sad because my mom is going though it it just roughy lightly.

When I listen to this song I always kept thinking about a little girl who's parents always got in fights. Then I can see the little girl all alone and hiding behind the couch with no friends. And then ill see when her dad gets into a drunk rage and uses a gone on his wife and took his life. I was happy when she got a new mom and dad that never got into fights

the little girl was sad; well most parents fight mine do i'm in 7th grade and mine fight over little things and big things. Most kids at my school have step-moms and dads, i do.But they see the every weekend, i don't see my dad at all. in the song the never went to chruch never read the book but behind the couch she saw Jesus but no one knows how, but after you think about it it makes sence in your own words. Then she went to a new house and went to church she knew who jesus was.
