I think this song is about show who you are and not giving a fuck about what other people think. Through out the song she make says thinks like “And you want to party with us, ‘cuz we are da crazy motherfuckers” and “Where ever you are, are you dancin’ on the dance floor or drinkin’ by da bar, tonight we do it big and shin’ in like stars ‘cuz we don’t give a fuck and that’s just who we are”. But it’s a kesha song so there are the line about sex too.
