It's one of Dave's songs about a girlfriend (Diana) that he had a hard time staying away from even though she was toxic. He'd moved on from her, had a new relationship, but would find himself cheating, with Diana. He says there's 5-6 songs about her including 'Poison was the cure' and '99 ways to die'.
