For me, this song is about a kind of compulsory beauty. like when she says, "If I gave up on being beautiful, I wouldn't know how to live
I should move to a whole new city and teach myself how to die"
I think it could also have something to do with perhaps emotional dependence on a person who thought she was beautiful, but that person is gone, and now she feels "ugly". just my daydreams hehe -
I think the song is about falling apart from something and losing what you used to have so you feel like you have to try again somewhere else

The feeling of a pretty bad breakup. You felt dependent on them and you feel now that your nothing with out them. She wants to leave the whole life behind and restart and be happy.
