the cd starts out with this 4 a reason... my reason is this:
it sounds like someone is listening 2 a radio so they keep going until they stop at the only difference between martyrdom and suicide is press coverage. That could mean panic! hopes you will listen 2 them instead of whatever else is out there.... I know I do!!

The words in this are a parody of the war of the worlds broadcast that played and freaked all these people out, but their version in more pianoesque

Havent you noticed, before now, from number one to intermission is set in a futuristic time? all the songs following are set in a past time. That's why "But It's Better If You Do" and "I Write Sins Not Tragedies" sound a little bit older than all the other ones.

The whole C.D is like a stage show with the introduction and an intermission all the songs fit together and the end of one song is the beginning of another to me its like one show or one song it’s a story played in music that is so graphic its like a movie.

"Ladies and gentlemen, we proudly present, a picturesque score of passing fantasy" - Its an introduction to the Album, its what the band wanted to create when they began writing and recording the album. They do it through almost a "mega-mix" of their songs.

Simply a few of the songs beats made to be as if someone was changing radio stations with their songs being on every distinguishable station.
