   I think this is about a personal matter between Chris Brown and Rihanna. A few years back, Chris abused Rihanna and all of Rihanna's admires/fans/ect; don't agree with them being together again. I myself don't like their relationship either, but I care about Rihanna. She has been my idol for many years and even if makes a few bad choices (in our opinion) she will continue to be my idol. She feels she is torn between her fans opinions and what her heart wants. Rihanna is simply trying to tell the world she is in love with Chris brown, but she is also still afraid he will hurt her again. Maybe not physically, but verbally. *written by a twelve year old who loves Rihanna*

   I think you all have it wrong- I think this is about two people damaged by previous relationships that have by chance met and are filling the void left behind from someone else.
   
   This part is about the previous lover
   All along it was a fever - a sickness- love sickness for someone that eventaully passes.
   A cold sweat hot headed believer- while sick believed that this was true love.
   I threw my hands in the air and said show me something- pleaing and begging for him to show some sign that love exists between the two of them on his end-
   He says if you dare come a little closer- let down your guard And I will show you .

   Not really sure what I think about it - something in the way you move - makes me feel like I can live without you - they feel like they can't live without this type of relationship, however they're not sure if its even love anymore but they don't know any better or anything else
   
   The guy sings about how the life she's living is empty and that love isn't something you just take its also given in return. He is not feeling the love from her either- he feels he gives and gets nothing in return
   
   Round and around they go- not good enough for him either
   
   Now the 2 meet- but its empty- they're desperately trying to fill the void
   Funny your the broken one but I'm the one that needed saving- cause when u never see the light it's hard to know which one of us is caving- both are broken and need saving, and they half ass do that for each other- when neither of them know any better its hard to determine which one is making the accommodations-
   
   The reason I hold on is cause I need this hole gone - hole made from previous lover- that's the only reason I'm staying- because I believe it's better than being alone- and though I am not as in love with you as i was and still am with my previous lover you are still better than nothing.
   
   Round and around and around we go- here we go again- no better - same circus different clown-as there are the same issues as with the ex- maybe theyre issues are internal

   she says she is enfatuated by this being, she does not know what to make of it, but whatever it is she wants it to stay, there is a hole that needs to be filled and hes the only one that can do that, they both have turns singing the same script, indicates a mutual feeling between them, they just 2 people that love one another and can't live without one another.
