Remember me. If you look back, maybe you’ll see the true feelings hidden behind my words and actions. I always loved you, but was too afraid to say it.

It is talking about the suicide of a friend or loved one. They are now a silent heart under the ground. You want them to answer, you want them to recall. Because I always loved and cared.
