Quoting Anonymous: "the song is pretty self explanitory"
    I agree.

Quoting Anonymous: " It's too bad it's not real though. A year after they released one of their CD's, they admitted that they weren't gay. It was just for publicity. Why does everybody have to be so fake now a daus??"

I disagree. You call this fake! Then you must also disagree with actors and actresses who play fake roles in the movies. Surely actors and actresses are not themselves in the movies. They are just acting and pretending to be the character. So should we condemn them for being fake? No, we even award those who act better.
It`s the same with the clips. In "All The Things She Said" Yulia and Lena are just acting as if they are lesbians and they acted so well that nobody even douted that they are lesbians. You see, it shows their skill in acting. They are not to blame for this. They should even be awarded for this.

And another point they didn`t do it just for publicity as Lena states: " It was a bad time for gay culture and gay community in the world. Lots of people were afraid to show what they are and show their feelings. So we decided just to help them. We have lots of friends from gay community and
lesbians. It`s normal and they are really good people and have good personalities. So the main thing is just to be a good person, no matter you are a homo-or-hetero sexual. That was why we decided to help them and change the image of homosexuality in the world."
And also Yulia states: "Everybody can love. But don`t give a shit who, boy or girl, it doesn`t matter. So the important thing is the love itself."

And you surely know that homo-sexuality is still a taboo in many countries (even Russia). For example in Iran and many muslim countries they execute the homosexuals.

tATu is the first group which has strictly and directly supported and concentrated on the freedom of homosexuals
and their right to live and be freed to marry the same sex.

My interpretation of this song is a girl who's fallen in love with another girl and don't care what people think, but the outside world try to rid of her and her love.

i feel like they are both feeling like the other is taking it too fast because the lyrics 'cornered and rushed', but then it just gets confusing... i also agree with some of you about the ending, where they are free from the comunitty. this song is confusing, but is an absoloute bop!

Who cares if they were just acting! I think they are super cool and relatable for LGBTP people all over the world! They have songs about lots of common homosexual feelings. They make me (a teenage pansexual girl who is still in the closet) feel like I have someone I can relate to. They are awesome singers and actresses and have probably prevented many homosexual suicides. They also open up the minds of straight people who may not understand homosexuality. Long story short, thank you tATu!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

I think it's about a girl who's fallen in love with a girl, but are afraid to admit it because they are afraid of what other people think. I love this song because I am a lesbian, too. And I can easily relate to it

I think its about two girls who love each other but are afraid to admit it because it is a social taboo to some. I think its fine and i understand honestly because i have fallen for one of my same sex friends in the past. But listen to those out there who are afraid to admit their feelings for someone else because they are the same sex go on and admit it because they may turn out to like you too if you don't try you will never know. If it turns out bad it turns out bad if they are friends of yours and they don't want to be your friend because of it then they are not your real friends and if you care about what people think of you all the time you will regret it for most of your life i stopped caring cause it was weighing me down

I just think it is about two teenage girls (who could represent every homosexual person struggling with their emotions) who love each other, but due to society and the way they grew up, they do not think that they can love each other.

The way it talks about being in 'serious shit' and 'closing my eyes so I can't block you out' shows that the girl doesn't want to be in love with another girl, but then she calls her lover a 'perfect surprise'. Perhaps because of torn feelings?

Buuut then the P.O.V changes (or, at least, the singer does- I think it's Lena, but knowing my memory, it's probably Yulia) and then the girl starts referring to her lover as 'her'. Maybe confessing to somebody that she is love with another woman? The 'I'm feeling for her what she's feeling for me' to me sounds like the girl is telling someone about her girlfriend, and the person is saying that it's not real love. The girl responds that both are very much in love with each other.

The 'mother, looking at me' part could be as the girl tells her mother she is a lesbian. But then again, it could be because she has gone to church and is referring to Mother Mary, as to some Catholics, homosexuality is referred to as a sin. 'Yes I've lost my mind' could be that she thinks she has lost her mind to the Devil.

The 'daddy' part seems a lot more personal, like a Daddy's girl reluctantly sweetening her father up before dropping the bombshell, or trying to convince the father that she is still his little girl. But it could be that she is talking to God, asking if she will ever be free from what she thinks is sin.

The 'this is not enough' could be that they long to bring their relationship into the public, but can't because of the social taboo.

The echoing 'all the things she said' as they run away at the end of the music video, leaving all the people who thought their romance was something sinful behind a fence representing their narrow-mindedness, could be that 'she' (the girlfriend) asked if they could run away together and finally be free of social prejudice towards them.

But hey, that's just what I think :)

I don't even give a fuck if they were a lesbians or gays or even strights ! I just loved this song ! and it shows the real love which was between Yulia and Lena. Thay made us feeling like the world is created only for love and happiness especially when you live with the person that you love in order to to make your life perfectly ! because if you live without a love your life would be incomplete .

This is my own interpretation of the music video:

In the video, the scenario is that a girl has fallen in love with another girl - And the community is against it (the large group people staring watching them. Plus, at first, it looks like they have been ''trapped'' by the community, and can't escape. But, at the end of the video, the two walk away, hand in hand, and you see its actually the community who can't get away, and are the real ones who are trapped - The girls are free...

my interpretation of the song and of the music video paticularly is that they are 2 girls who are in love but the yare afraid to admit it because they care too much what people would think and whe the truth finally comes out everyone reats in a bad way.

i think the reason why i have this veiw of the song is because this has happened to me. i am a 14 year old bisexual girl and i fell for my close friend. i told her and she took it not very well. a few weeks later she told me she loved me but didnt want to say it to anyone because she was worried of what people would think. she thought i was so brave for coming out and she aspired to have my courage but her insecurity and confusion took over her. yesterday i told her that im not brave and i care alot about what people think about me.

i think its like this, the girl starts to have feelings for another girl but she knows its frowned upon in the public so she's not sure what she should do.

So the people aren't gay. I always want to know that cus I never really understood why a girl was singing about another girl.

This interpretation has been marked as poor. view anyway
