This is song is for Camilla Belle because she stole her Joe Jonas. You can know it because in the last part she says: " C'mon show me how much better you are. See you deserve some applause. Cause you're so much better" and Joe Jonas wrote a song for Camilla Belle that is in the Jonas Brother's last album (Lines, vines and traying times) whose called "Much Better". In that song Joe Jonas says: "Now I'm done with superstars, and all the tears on her guitar", and there's a Taylor's song calles "Teardrops on my guitar"(but it is not about Joe Jonas, is about a school friend called Drew, as she told in the Tru Hollywood Story's interviw for E!. The song about Joe Jonas is "Forever and allways" as she told at the Ellen Show). One day, at the June 22 concert in Tulsa, OK, Joe Jonas changed the lyrics and instead he said: "Now I'm done with COUNTRY STARS..." (you can find it on youtube)
Taylor in this song said she allways has the last word. LOVE TAYLOR AND THE JONAS BROTHERS, they are BOTH my biggest idols. I love them. :) -

It's either about Ashley Greene or Camilla- either way the "boy" in this scenario is definitely Joe Jonas. There is quite bold evidence though:

Its about Taylor, Joe, and Cammila, Joe stats him and Taylor dated but, he didnt really feel anything speacial, they quickly drifted apart and Cammilla got Jeo before Taylor could get him back, I think Taylor really did like Joe, but soon her mood changed from sorrow, to hatred when he forcus came to Cammila, Dont mess with Taylor, she is a wicked, amazing, talented song writer;
