when i here this song all i can think about is castel and dean from supernatural. the words all line up perfectly i think they should play this song on the show

-I’m a angle with a shotgun- A angle isn’t supposed to kill, this stating that they would do anything for this person, such as go against beliefs and to kill.
-I don’t care if heaven won’t take me back- They don’t care if they will be accepted by society, family, or friends. They will do anything for this person showing their devotion to them, no matter what others think.

Religious peoeple tend to see the LGBT and their allies as "sinners". He wants to know what side your fighting for. The battle part referring to the long stride until we are all equal in matters of sexuality and gender, and the guns refer to the truth that it's ok to be LGBT and to protect LGBT people.

I honestly think it's about a gay guy, who is Christian, but since it's against the religion, he is willing to give up is belief in God, because this is what he thinks is right.

I think that the sing is about a person that falls in love with someone that is forbidden to talk or do anything with that 1st person.

But really I believe the song is about a guy willing to do anything, even lose his chance of going to heaven, just to protect his love.
