This song is about sexual activity while listening to music and what happens as a result of it. It's an expression of regret, and for whatever reason, people who partake in this kind of thing end up on a road they wish they had not taken. Much of it has to do with an association formed in people's minds of a person they care about referred to as "to", who suddenly, after sexual activity while listening to music, becomes part of an emotional game played with the music that is not pleasant. There are forces in our world most do not understand, and people would be best advised to respect those forces and turn off the music when they do anything sexual, unless you want your world shaken and family members suspiciously calling and texting after you have sex. Music and sex should be separate things, and it's best to keep it that way.
