I agree I think it is about love and sex when the parents don't approve. Maybe I am just trying to ignore the hints to statutory rape but if that is what the song is really about then I will listen to it differently from now on.

Most folks seem to think this is about statutory rape. I can't agree. I think it's about a one night stand that leads to a full on relationship, that the parents of both lovers disaprove of. Maybe I'm an optimist, maybe I wanna actually enjoy this song. Anyway, that's my interpretation.
