She Wouldn't Be Gone Lyrics

Red roadside wild flower if I'd only picked you
Took you home set you on the counter
Oh, at least a time or two
Maybe she'd thought it through

Yellow sunset slowly dipping down in the rear view
Oh, how she'd love to sit and watch you

Ok now some people think "She died" well here is what he is talking about. His daughter ran away. Don't believe me here is one quote from the song that I know you will" cried like a baby to her best friend If they've seen her." Now if she died then he wouldn't be asking her friends if they've seen her! Ah ha! There you have it!

I honestly thought it was about wishing she didn't run from him but I think she might have died because he talks about hitting the dash and crying and he's like looking for her even though she's dead
