    This is about a completely freakin' oblivious guy who has a really short attention span and doesn't care about life.

    Yet, most guys would rather have sex than watch tv.

    Not entirely sure, but it seems to me that the song is just about being a kid and trying to figure out what to do with himself when he screws up so much. Might not be so true, though.

    He enjoys acting like a younger kid still even though girls would rather have sex. He enjoys pulling prank calls and doing other things that he did as a kid. None which impresses other ladies, so they leave him.
