This song was written about how when Demi got out of rehab her "best friend" Selena had left her. As in she ditched her and left her for Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift. She made a mistake in judgement about Selena's character and now she's basically telling her that when you need me don't bother coming back because I won't be there. All the power to Demi tho she's a strong girl and well she deserves better.

I think it's about a guy who screwed things up with her; and she had enough sense and pride that she won't take him back; and he knows it. He's trying to get her back, apoligize for what he did, but shes done with him.
