   it problably means that it is all over and she can go back home. as richtofen swiches bodys with her she can now feel human again and have a big relief that it is all over. and in the lyrics it says-all that i am will be coming home know. wich means she is glad she is human and wants to go back to her normal life.

   Most like someone dearly close to her who was killed trying to get their religious beliefs across. In the the lyrics it states the vermin martyr meaning someone who is killed for their religious beliefs. Elena sigeman mostly likely had the same thoughts with this person and belies she should kill the people who killed her friend/lover/ or even someone who just shared the same thought as her.( i know what i must do, i will make them suffer and kill them all, also he was probably was meeting with people to convince them to believe the same way he does and was killed so the last words mean how he died on the spot and how she will make his last words come true. Coming home means that after s he killed them all she killed herself and is coming home to him in heaven.

   I think it means about that her time has come to revenge , that she could kill Dr. Richofter and revenge herself.
