A song about John himself when he was putting his hot bird, sort of speaking in the refrigidator back than, to go ''Cold Turkey'' against the drugs that have been shot, smoked and eaten into a high body temperature that was making him feel like he was a dead baby, up to the point that was forcing him to choose life instead, but then it started making him feel cold with frozen shivers, wanting to stop his drug addiction by the phrase ''Cold Turkey'' to be taken into his body the cold way out of the refrigidator.
