   This song is very beautiful, it makes me wanna cry every time because reminds me of some people that were very special to me, and for some reasons things had to change. I don't know, I think this song can be about alot of things, it only depends on how you see it. But for me it's a song about letting go of something or someone that is very important to you. Sometimes in life we need to let go of some things or some people, because life goes on. And you know, nothing is for ever. Sad, but it's true. (sorry for my bad english)

   It's a song about letting a part of you go or die with the struggle of doing so..
   
   It can be related to your crush, lover, best-friend or a part of your family..or changing yourself because you learned something about life.
   
   Crush- you are so in love with this person but this person doesn't even realize that you are so in love with him/her or doesn't even care about you even though he knows u love him. So u feel like moving on and feeling sorry for yourself.
   
   Lover- having a break-up because there's no feeling of love in it anymore or the boy partner has given up and the girl partner accepts it even though she loved the boy because she knows she'll only hurt herself if the boy doesn't love her and it will end up in more fights or like that..they move on.
   
   Best-friend- your best-friend change and has another best-friend and you have been left alone. U decided to let go & accept the truth that your best-friend doesn't need u anymore. Now it's just a memory of you and your best-friend to let go of your past
   
   Family- could be when you are feeling mistreated by your family, feeling alone, not cared and you have no way to get out of it because it's your family. Then as you grow you learned that life has many struggles and you should move forward and forget about the bitter memories in your past and live with it. U decided to being happy & living life to the fullest because life is short.
