   I think its just a good rock song telling the people to jump up and down with the music, but I do think it has something to do with how women can be the biggest bitches sometimes. "I went out on a date with a girl a bit late she had so many friends." he says this line really sarcastically, like their friends can be the biggest cockblocks

   This song is in fact about sex and heroine both together. Think about it, a syringe for a drug looks like a pogo stick and how the heroine effects the hormones making the user want to have sexual contact with another.
