I believe this song is about being in a relationship where one of them, in this case the girl, is a jerk and maybe a bit abusive. Where they kick you out, then let you back in just so they can do it again.

I think this song is about a guy (one of the band members’ maybe?) who falls in love with a girl he picked up for a one night stand but the girl doesn’t feel the same way about him. He knows she is no good for him and a cold hearted bitch but he sticks around because that's what he loves about her. In the end he always ends up being hurt because he holds on too long and he keeps on coming back. "Set me back up so you can do it again"
Personally that’s what i got out of it but an interpretation is entirely up to the individual who listens to the song
