Roman Sky Lyrics
Tell me, were you calm when they took your life?
Just before you go, tell us how the heavens flow
Weightless evermore, as you walk beyond that door
Shine forever true
Shared with us the world well...

I simply quote the sayings of JWard515 on Reddit, because he put it in such a great way that I couldn't have done better.
"This is my favorite ballad they've ever done. The story to the song is really interesting too. It's about Giordano Bruno, who was an astronomer, philosopher and mathematician who was burned at the stake in Rome in 1600 on charges of heresy after basically saying some of the Catholic doctrines were bull.
As he was being sentenced by the judges to death, he said "perchance you who pronounce my sentence are in greater fear than I who receive it." which is where the line "as they spoke your fate, a fearless man replied: 'as you will sentence me, your fear is beyond mine' ". Really fucking cool. These guys never cease to amaze me."
