Halo is just a metaphor that beyonce used to talk about another story of love, but people are just too educated and easily influenced by theorists who are trying to be noticed or are losing focus on what they went to school for**.

This song is about the fallen one who was once an angel and is no longer an angel. however she is so passionate about this being and it has such significance to her that she can still see the HALO that is no longer there. although she has been taught to reject it, it is slowly breaking down the walls of resistance she had up against it and she is slowly succumbing to this being. this is not about someone or some human being, this is to her GOD. it is about love and devotion but not to a man, its to the one that she thinks she needs to pay tribute too, that is responsible for her success. and she sees him in everything because he is in everything WORLDLY. he is RUNNING the world the corruption and his works are ever so clear. she sees this and she prays it wont fade away, it wont leave her life..............really B?are you kidding me?!

Seriously ....? This song is about her satan worshipping husband who has taken over her soul. She has replaced everything and everyone in her life including God with him. He is her god now. Reread the lyrics with that in mind. Unless you're a stan it should be at least partially obvious if you consider evrything.

I think the song is about some one who has found true love after being beaten up so many times by love and has vowed never to love again.This is why it says "the walls are tumbling down",and "I swore id never fall again" and "i got my angel now".

Halo by Beyonce is about a guardian angel or a person who will always be there for you no matter what. The person she is talking about will always try to protect her, care for her, carry her up when she is down. The person who is like this she considers an angel and of course angels have halos and she says he can see his halo!
