Song Released: 2017
Sitting all alone, mouth full of gum
In the driveway
My friends aren't far, in the back of my car
Lay their bodies
Where's my mind
Where's my mind
They'll be here pretty soon, looking through my room
For the money

I think it’s where she killed her closest friends for money and went insane and the guilt is giving her a hypothetical bellyache

That the character ate too much human flesh, and now got a bellyache from it ;)

She portrays a psychopath that kills her friends and lover. At first she thinks she’s fine, but the guilt follows her. She can’t deal with the guilt and it gives her a “bellyache”. She doesn’t know what to do and it’s making her crazy. So at the end of the day she ends up taking her own life.

I think its a way for her to express that she has hurt the people around her, and she knows its her fault. She might feel almost like a psycho for the things she has done. She hurts her friends, and now they might as well be dead. Her lover is already gone and hurt. The repetitiveness of people being hurt around her makes her feel insane, like she's losing her mind. And the guilt gives her a bellyache.

I think that when it says "And now ive got a bellyache" It means that she feels the guilt about whats shes done.

In my own interpretation...
It's about a girl who killed her friends, her lover, and is going crazy. She knows that she is loosing her mind and doesn't care, she also knows the price she might pay is death. At the end realization hits her of what her did and all she has now is a bellyache.
