Iron Man Lyrics

I am iron man

Has he lost his mind?
Can he see or is he blind?
Can he walk at all
Or if he moves will he fall?

Is he alive or dead?
Has he thoughts within his head?
We'll just pass him there
Why should we even care?

He was turned...

I was pretty sure this song was about Stalin...now I think it could be about Ozzy's view on Jesus.

Iron Man is pretty much ignored by those who pass him by, he becomes fed up with it, and he plots his revenge against the world and acts it out. He begins to kill people he once saved.

    Here's a possible interpretation...

Iron man is Bobby Fischer, the eccentric American chess genius. The song describes his epic struggle to dethrone Borris Spassky and the Soviet domination of chess.

I'm agreeing with the last guy except heavy boot of lead I think is referring to the US being a feared country. Good song anyways

well I kind of saw it as like he (iron man whoevere) was a vietnom soldier.

"has he lost his mind" makes referance to either the heat of the battle and him doing his 88mm chain gun thing (as seen in predator) or it could meen the post-war stress.

"can he walk at all ect" is like mabey attempting to overcoming injury.

"is he live or dead... why should we even care" well when you shoot into the brush that's whats going through your mind.

"he once turned to steel": steel statue? or like the unbendable, unbreakable man suddenly anticlimacticly emerges 0_0 [gasp]

"the great magnetic field" the war

"when he traveled time":he reminesess of the war

"nobody wants/helps him ect" is for all the unrecognized troops, fallen or alive, from the war that deserve recognition.

"for the future of man kind" see the light past the war.

"vengance from the grave, kills the people he once saved": the war lasted, what 12 years (?) so he saves the kids, who grow up to be soldiers....

    [guitar solo woot]

"heavy boots of lead fills his victems full of dread" (steel toed boots??????) as he chases after them they run in fear.

well I'm not sure if BS is really sober enough to go with that interpretation but either way I think we can all agree a music video would sure as hell clear things up!

It;s about a robot who saves everyone and no one thinks him and turns their heads away. So he kills them all.

1st verse; Is a mumbling old drunk homeless guy. Peoples thoughts of him.

2nd verse: Iron man's grandiose thoughts, I have been made powerful, to save mankind

3rd: can't get a job, his friends don't even want him around any more, they got no use for me I got no use for them.

4th; he's starting to kick ass

5th; All I wanted was an even break, or at least change for a bottle. Fuckers all act like we don't exist. I'm gonna I'm gonna move my cardboard box to your yuppie ass neighbourhood.

transcended mere alcoholism into a psychotic rage! Chasing pedestrians with his one armed coat flapping behind him.

This is about a man who goes into the future he stays there for a little while and while he is there he sees the end of the world. He is gonna go back to tell everyone and warn them on how to prevent it but on his way back he is turned to Iron in the magnetic field in the time travle thing. When he arrives back no one belives him and he gains revenge by bringing the end of the world which he was trying to prevent.
