I guess (well,i'm sure...)that this song is about his fear of telling a girl how he feels. He is usually a bit shy or he just didnt find the "right one" yet. But now he speaks up and says what he wanted to say for a long time. Sorry for my bad english, but I'm from Germany. I learn it for about five years at shool now, but our teacher isnt the best... :)
