I belive this song is about a young man in love with a woman who has a terminal illness and he wants to get married but with the expression her face she doesn't want to married because she knows she going to pass away and doesn't want to hurt him by doing that but they do anyway and she dies well that's my opinon feel free to explain what the song is really about I would relly love to know
