This song COULD be about all that stuff, but it also has a deeper meaning that any girl could relate to (the album version, not kanye's part ..) the deeper meaning is that she's falling in love with someone that she barely knows, is 'different' from the rest (different tastes, actions, ways of doing things, etc) and people don't want to accept him and tell her to stay away.
Verse one
"your so hypnotizing ..." is saying that shes falling for him, and he makes her feel hypnotized. When people are hypnotized, they feel happy with a sense of confusion. Because she doesn't know him that well, he makes her feels happy, but shes still feels that sense of confusion because she doesnt know that much about him.
"could you be the devil, could you be an angel?" she doesn't know him that well, so she's not sure whether he's good or bad.
"your touch magnitizing, feels like I am floating, leaves my body glowing" whenever he touches her, it makes her fall for him so much more, it makes her feel amazing, like she can walk on air (float)

Omg can't anyone tell!? This song is about aliens! I'm not even joking! It's a hidden message about aliens.
