This is about how a little girl felt abandoned by her Dad when she was only 6 years old. Her step-dad enters her life and begins putting the pieces back together. She has learned that it's possible to have a dad that stays, that doesn't ask anything of you and just loves you..

Later, she refers to her little girl who will never feel abandoned because she is going to put her first in her life.
