   The song as stated by her is about predominantly smoking weed "Red lipstick all on the paper" as she smokes the blunt her lipstick gets on it...."go ahead talk shit, it's all in the paper, she's not half stepping when it comes to smoking the good stuff, "lemme grab my dick while ya sit on top" she's talking about the haters and people's opinions, basically they're dick-riding and getting her off metaphorically with all their silly opinions and the more they do the more they dick-ride and the more she doesn't care...so basically she saying lemme make it easier to ride my dick (metaphorically)
