System of a Down: ATWA Meaning
ATWA Lyrics
All the world I’ve seen before me passing by
I’ve got nothing, to gain, to lose
All the world I’ve seen before me passing by
You don’t care about how I feel
I don’t feel it any more
You don’t care about how I...

I think this song can be considered a political song. About seeing everything going on around you being the little man and not being able to change a thing. It focuses on how governed we are by democracy in our countries and how we as drones can't do anything to change it we have to just watch.

I'm not going to try and interpret this song, but I will say that it's to do with manson. Manson wasn't a satanist though. He was a cult leader who believed (or at least told his disciples) that he was the saviour reincarnated. Not a satanist, wiccan, buddhist, mormon or anything else someone will try and attribute him to.

Just a question, why does almost every song interpretation end up in a pathetic argument? Lol.

Okay, to the guy above, atwa has completely to do with charles manson. Atwa was an organization he started, which stands for air, trees, water, animals.

K, many people won't agree but when I heard this song I thought of it like a mental guy in an isolated room singing that song to himself. I know ATWA has nothing to do with that, but that's how I thought of it :)
