   Good interpretations guys but I always it meant that everyone has some dirty little secret and they trust it with someone so we all have someone in are lives we trust more then anybody else and we hope they won't ever reveal or they'll be a regret to have in your life then again maybe I'm being retarded.

   I think the song is about a guy who is in a relationship already but he thinks it is a waste of time and has found another girl that he really likes and wants to be with but his girlfriend is still really in love with him. It also sounds like he is talking to one of his friends or the girl he likes and telling them this but saying you better keep my dirty little secret a secret or you'll be just another regret. There are and could be many different meanings behind this song but that's just what I think.

   I think it's about a guy who was with one girl and then there was another girl that he wanted on the side (I'll keep you, my dirty little secret) the girl on the side was ok with it and knew about it, he didn't want anyone to know (don't tell anyone, or you'll be just another regret) because if his g/f found out he was cheating it was over and he really loved his g/f but still wanted more... I know this from experience I'm going throught that right now... I'm the girl on the side.

   This song can have some multiple meanings, but what makes the most sense to me is that this guy is in a relationship he shouldn't be in. "Let me know that I've done wrong / When I've known this all along" is perfect for that, as is the chorus. He's telling his girlfriend that he'll be sure to keep their love a secret. The song really doesn't say why he can't be in love with her, or maybe it's just the physical aspect of it that's off-limits - "I go around a time or two / Just to waste my time with you" and "Find out games you don't want to play" make it pretty obvious that there is sexual contact going on. The bridge even suggests him trying to confess that he can't be with this girl, but he loves her too much ("These sleeping dogs won't lie / And when I try to lie / It's eating me apart, trace this life about").

    The Song is based on a series of books. Those post cards with secrets on them were submitted by real people to an adress I can't recall right now. Thousands of people send in these secrets about themeselves and they're put into these books and sold. There's three out right now. I plan on purchasing them. I have skimmed through the first one and seen most of the cards that are in the video. The books themeselves are actualy very touching and cute at the same time. Mind you real people send these in with real secrets in them. The post cards in the video are the real postcards sent in. The song was based off of the whole Secret Post Card thing or whatever.

    Well I reckon its a bit about a guy (tyson) who is either already in a relationship or is just playing hard to get and there is a girl who likes him and maybe he has the same feelings for her but can't do anything about it so its just their dirty little secret "the way she feels inside, those thoughts I can't deny'
    It kinda reminds me of my friendship with a guy we both have feelings for each other but he's taken so its our secret for the time being

    I think the meaning of this song is a guy and a girl like each other but in society's terms of couples, the girl is out of the guy's league so he wants her to keep it a secret. If she doesn't keep it a secret it could harm her reputation and he doesn't want that to happen to her. It sounds like its in more of a high school setting than anything.

    i think this song is all about someone ( and everyone) has there own little dirty secret but when he finds someone he/ she can trust he doesn't want anyone to know so doesnt want anyone else to know. If the person he or she trust betrays them and then tells then there just another regret beacsue trust has gone they have been betrayed

    This could have a lot of interpretations. Mine is that everyone has their own 'dirty little secrets' and in the music video, they are making that point. Without the video, I guess he is telling about his dirty little secret which seems like it's a girl but could be something else...
