The Green and The Town Lyrics
A year from now, we won't be pretty

A year from now, we won't be young
But we will live among the giants
Before the giants learn to run
Now we are the blessed, now we are the strong
Take my hand, and let me know that it feels good
To feel...

This song may be referring to growing up to become an adventurer with friends. I also think that this song has some sort of love element(a year from now we won’t be lovers).

I think this song is singing about growing up. Giants being adults. Singing about searching for one's self but knowing they can turn to their parents when I need.
