This is definatley about Louis. The first meal Louis ever cooked always seems very important. He said it was the romantic thing he ever did. Probably not a coincidence that Harry happed to post a photo of it. I think they may have shared a very important moment there in the kitchen. Also the fact that Louis and Harry don't talk often makes sense.

I think Harry is actually quite a private guy and this is more of a metaphor about how so much has changed in his life. All that was once fimiliar is now so different yet the same in some ways, that instead of it being a change it’s a bit more like something is missing or perhaps that the change is hard to get used to. This could be in reference to him leaving the band, or a relationship, or maybe even he isn’t exactly sure what it is that’s making him feel like that, but I feel like he’s noticed somethings gone missing but he doesn’t know what

I think this is about having a one night stand to get over your ex 'Woke up the girl who looks just like you. I almost said your name'. I think the ex isn't contacting at all and the narrator (not necessarily Harry) is waiting for a call or text. Hence, 'Even my phone misses your calls, by the way'. Overall, this song is beautiful whatever the meaning.
