   I had the chance to read over the comments and this song is without a doubt a blashphemy against Jesus and God. There are three reasons why I have come up with this conclusion. One: the album cover has a picture of a red cross and the word judas, that is a picture against jesus as he died on the cross for our sins. Second: yes, the song could have a million meanings, however the name judas should never be used, it stands for betrayal against good, specifically jesus. Three: where is her song about Jesus? God? Someone said if you do not like it do not listen. They are correct I am boycotting her I will not listen nor buy her cd's, music etc. I encourage anyone who agrees to boycott as well.

   This song is simple and it is very much against God and jesus of course. First I read a note that said if you do not like her do not listen, this is true I will not listen to her, however I encourage you all to stop listening, buying, etc. The song could mean anything this is true, however let's look at three key things, one: the album cover has a cross and the name judas, that is blashphemy, two: the name judas should not be used, ever! it stands for evil and betrayal and three: where is her song about God? Jesus? Why is this song ok? I am boycotting her immediately, I hope someone will read this and stop listening as well

   I know people don't believe there isn't a dark meaning behind the song "Judas" but I really think you need to open your eyes. I'm not a person who goes to church every week (although i should) but I know pure evil when I see it. My perception on all of this is she doesn't bow down to Jesus and she would rather serve Judas (who is the betrayer of Jesus). Some of you are saying she is speaking of past relationships but I ask you, why choose Jesus and Judas as characters? Alot of singers sing about past relationships but you don't see them making a public mockery of Jesus! Open your eyes seriously...

    Most people think this is a satanic song but I think its part of reality..."Jesus is my virtue, but Judas is the demon I cling to"(although we as people know what is right and wrong we still tend to go down the wrong path..we still fall for the devils tricks).."I've learnt life is like a brick..you can build a house or sink a dead body"(you can make something of your life or nothing).."I wanna love u but something's pulling me away from you"(at the end of the day Allah(god)is still stronger and eventually we will come on the right path and make something good of our lives)..

    Im not a fan of Lady GaGa... Though as a firm believer in God I don't find anything wrong with this song(Are we going to condem Metallica for the song lyrics "Wheres your crown king nothing?".WAKE UP CHRISTIANS!!! the song isn't literal and neither is the Bible! If you think the Bible is literal than you are a fool.If it was literal would there be any point in faith? Religion is beside the point (THIS IS A SONG MEANING PAGE NOT A RELIGIOUS ARGUMENT PAGE)... Like I was saying... With how outrageous Lady GaGa is with how she portrays herself and with how fearless she is about her beliefs her style what have you don't you think that if she was a satanist or against God don't you think she would just come out and say it? seriously she wore a dress of meat,showed up to the red carpet in a plastic egg and dresses and acts ridiculous I don't think she would be scared to bash Christians. Its truly harmless lyrics....

    naivete is such a great thing among many of you. I realize that the obvious becomes accepted nowadays. It doesn't matter anymore, its whatever i love the song, its talking about a relationship and what have you. When the song/video has damning evidence in it. A ritualistic song and video, yet we still refuse to believe and continue to be doped by this movement. Well call me silly and curse all you want but the proof is in the pudding ladies and gents. The stark reality is that we continue to fuel this movement......maybe because we were programmed from when we were borne, and go figure, when i say we were programmed. Walk good, and think for oneself.....

    Somebody here wrote their interpretation using the words "double entendre" and "euphemism."
    
    Just in case anybody read that interpretation, the person who wrote it is spreading ignorance. He or she didn't know how to use either word.
    
    The first, a double entendre, is when you say something that makes sense in two ways, like a pun but longer, and one of the meanings is usually sexual. A euphemism is a figure of speech where there is a substitution for something that may offend or suggest something unpleasant. Like saying a dog was put to sleep instead of saying it was killed.
