This is about Danny feeling alone because of a girl leaving him for someone else. He compares it to a sort of American western movie with a person waiting by the roadside, all alone. He gets so depressed that he’s cutting, and saying “scars won’t heal when your always cutting, always cutting, cutting deeper”.
