My interpretation is the song shows that you cant kill a man with revenge. "Were back again" meaning that someone has killed him, yet he comes back in a sarcastic mannor "Lets make a toast" shows the sarcasm. Not only this, but the verse, "Karma's a bitch right?" meaning someone got messed up or killed by doing wrong hence the karma's a "BITCH". This is my best interpretation, and I want to be burried to this song.

The song is just about how the band is saying that their back with a brand new album and those who doubted them were wrong and about raising a toast to those who were with them since the start.
