Caught up in this madness too blind to see
Woke animal feelings in me
Took over my sense and I lost control
I'll taste your blood tonight

You know I make you wanna scream
You know I make you wanna run from me baby
But know it's too late...

I honestly think it's about rough sex. If you've ever heard of bdsm one thing that is big is biting. While he does seem to prize his pleasure more, he uses clemeny which is a good feeling and exspresses that she'll enjoy it. I just think it's about really rough sex.

This song maybe about the pleasure of killing. Think about the lyrics and then think about murder they fit close together. Although it maybe about rape or really dirty sex.

i think this song is about a girl loosing her virgenty to a well experinced guy ,who didnt mean to hurt her but lost control.some people do scream during sex from pleasure

I think it's about role play sex. M. Shadows isn't a rapist/raper. He just really wants this chick to be all innocent and scream for him....and she could possibly be a virgin.

The part about blood has nothing to do with vampires. One sign of rape is vaginal tearing that would cause profuse bleeding and if after you tore the vagina and then preformed oral sex with the girl you would taste her blood. In the animal instincts section it says that using the want and need of sex as a way to explain what he has done and the fact that he gave into his temptations.

Personally I think this is a vampires love/lust song. Refer to the whole song... Sounds pretty vampiric to me.

Mm... I agree. It sounds like he could be a vampire in this song if you really think about it. But then again it can also be rape due to the chorus of the song. So its instict and a lost control rape? Maybe...

yeah i think it's about some one that rapes ("You know I make you wanna scream You know I make you wanna run from me baby", "Cover me, unwanted clemency" the quotes go on and on...") and then kills ("Scream till there's silence")
then feels guilt or some emotion to that degree and tries justifying or explaining it rationally "We've all had a time where we've lost control" "I'm hoping I'm wrong but I know I'm right, I'll hunt again one night."
