   the song means "you don't know how special you are. they don't know what you've done to my heart" pretty much. also, to people that ship Larry: yes! there are a bunch of fan made videos that say Larry is real. Harry and Louis make thumbs ups to each other a lot, and 2 thumbs ups next to each other means "forever" in sign language! also, Liam says larry is real (quietly) in interviews a lot.

When he see's it as they wouldn't understand it. Even if they told the people what about how they are, it wouldn't matter because they wouldn't get it.     This guy is in this relationship with this girl (in this song he is talking about them as a whole, as "us") and people call them foolish for saying they are this deep in love, but he thinks the love is true.
